Dolphy Dolphy Weight Loss Journey

Dolphy Dolphy's online diary for weight loss

Saturday, 8 October 2016

Week 1

Day 1:

Started the day with a glass of jumpstart on empty stomach.

 10 mins later, took 2 TR90 Control and 2 TR90 Complex.

15 mins later, took my breakfast. I had 1/2 a spinach wrap with omelette and a cup of milk tea.

Consultant's comments: Advised to avoid egg yolk as egg yolk is high in calories and fats.

After breakfast, took Yspan, R2  and Lifepak.

Lunch: Had the TR90 Trimshake (chocolate flavour).

Felt hungry after 1 hour. Took some grilled fish (leftovers from my kids' lunch).

10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex.

Dinner: I had Korean Jap Chae and Cheesy Baked Scallops.

Consultant said need to avoid cheese as cheese has high level of fat content.
After dinner, took Yspan and Lifepak.

30 mins before bedtime, I took R2 night.

Day 2:

Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.
Breakfast: 1/2 spinach wrap with 1/2 egg white with spinach and milk tea.

Consultant's comment: suggested to avoid pan fry the egg. Also, my protein intake is too little and I need to increase the amount of protein.

After breakfast, took Yspan, R2  and Lifepak.

For lunch, i took the TR90 Trimshake (chocolate flavour).

Felt hungry after 1 hour. Took some apples as snack.

10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex. For dinner, I had Korean Spicy Squid, Stewed cabbage and some brown rice.

After dinner, took Yspan and Lifepak. 30 mins before bedtime, I took R2 night.

Day 3 (on a Monday):

Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.

Breakfast: Tuna sandwich with Teh C

Consultant's comments: Tuna is good but i have too much bread. Need to limit to just 1 slice of bread instead of 2.

After breakfast, I took Yspan, R2 and Lifepak.

Lunch: It was my colleague's birthday and we went out for a nice lunch. Not the ideal type of meal but hey, we do need to indulge once in a while (although this is just 3rd day onto the program. :p) Took a pic of the leftovers as well. I tried my best to eat less rice.

10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex. I took Trimshake for dinner. I went for the TR90 talk (which is FREE) to hear more about TR90, get more tips on food choices and of course to look at more live testimonials of people who benefited from this weight management program.

*If anyone is keen to attend TR90 talk to find out more, do PM me!

Day 4:
Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.

Breakfast: Tuna sandwich (just 1 slice of bread) with milk tea. I can't cut away my tea coz I simply adore my milk tea. Now that I take Yspan and R2, I no longer feel tired and lethargic and rely on caffeine to wake up. But I still take my tea as it is a beverage I enjoy.

After breakfast, took Yspan, R2 and Lifepak.

Lunch: Korean saba fish set. I only took less than 1/2 of the rice.

10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex. Had business dinner and the cuisine we had was dim sum plus the typical chinese dishes and la mian. I shudder to even think about the amount of fats, calories I am taking in. Oh well!

Same routine as past few nights, after dinner, took Yspan and Lifepak. 30 mins before bedtime, I took R2 night.

Day 5:

Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.

Breakfast: Chicken patty (homemade) with lettuce and a crepe. Portion was wayyyyy too big (my helper went over zealous with the portion) and I couldn't finish. Is this also a sign that my appetite is slowly shrinking? Hmmm...

After breakfast, I took Yspan, R2 and Lifepak.

Lunch: Had beehoon, kangkong, beansprouts and steamed egg. Tried to limit my carbo intake and here's the leftovers.

Consultant's comments: try to avoid fried beehoon as it is cooked with oil (beehoon absorb alot of oil) and tried to add in some meat.

After work and after fetching the kids from childcare, I went for a quick swim.

10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex. The swim make me wayyyyyyy too hungry and I had Korean instant noodles instead. #FATDIEME! :(

Same routine as past few nights, after dinner, took Yspan and Lifepak. 30 mins before bedtime, I took R2 night.

Day 6:
Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.

Breakfast: Had yogurt, 1 eggwhite and dragonfruits.

Consultant's comments: Not advised to have yogurt in the morning. Also, this brand of yogurt has too high level of sugar.

After breakfast, took Yspan, R2 and Lifepak.

Lunch: Had sardines, chicken chop, stewed cabbage and long beans cai fan. The gravy taste really good but of course, it is also too fattening. Tried to limit myself on taking too much gravy.

Consultant's comments: Avoid gravy as much as possible.

Same routine, 10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex.
Dinner: Had trimshake as usual. Took a pear an hour after trimshake.

Same routine as past few nights, after dinner, took Yspan and Lifepak. 30 mins before bedtime, I took R2 night.

Day 7 (children's day and childcare is closed!):

Same routine as yesterday. Started with jumpstart, TR90 control and TR90 Complex with 10 - 15 mins apart.

Had a really bad morning. had to send the kids to in laws place and there was a massive traffic jam. To make matters worse, the route from in laws place to office also had an accident and another massive traffic jam AGAIN. ARGGHHH..

Breakfast: 3 egg whites and a cup of hot chocolate

After breakfast, took Yspan, R2 and Lifepak.

Lunch: Had korean bibimbap. Scoop out at least 3/4 of the rice. The seller auntie gave me way too much rice!

Consultant's comments: a big thumbs up. Bibimbap fulfills all requirements of vegetables, protein (animal and non animal) and of course, less rice.

Dinner: Same routine, 10 mins before dinner, took TR90 Control and TR90 Complex.

Dinner: Had trimshake as usual. Took a pear an hour after trimshake.

Day 8:

THE DAY FOR THE FIRST REVIEW

Before meeting up with the consultant, I was looking through my food diary. I doubt I will see much result. I had some hits and misses with my food choices.

However, I was wrong. There was indeed some transformation on my body already!

The numbers:

Wow! I did lost some inches overall. Some body fat were lost and some skeletal muscles were built as well.

Here's my images! I am surprised!

Now, I am much more MOTIVATED to continue to choose the right food choices.

As you can tell from my food diary, I did not eat healthy every single meal. I had indulged for some meals and also had fattening business dinner. Considering all these factors, I am really amazed by this week's 'achievement'!

Key notes are:
1. Cannot starve at all. Whenever I feel hungry, I need to snack on something. Healthy snacks like fruits, plain greek yogurt.

2. A FANTASTIC CONSULTANT is really an important part of this 90 day journey. My consultant is really super duber nice. Even when I indulge in sinful food like instant noodles, she just tells me never mind, once in a while indulge is fine. Just don't make it every meal. She is also very knowledgeable, giving me feedback on my food choices and providing alternative suggestions.

3. Somehow, when you have to take pictures of every single thing you put inside your mouth, you do become more self conscious and tend to make healthier food choices.

That's all for Week 1. Stay tuned for Week 2 progress!

**PS: if anyone is keen in trying out TR90 and will like to link up with my consultant for trying and followup on this program, do PM me. I don't earn any commission from this ya!

Understanding more about TR90

Before deciding if I should really invest my money and time on trying TR90, I went for a talk that shares more information on TR90.
Here are the images that I captured which I guess is pretty much self explanatory.
It describes a clearer picture of body fats, visceral fats and skeletal muscles. The most attractive point of this weight management program is that you can't starve to lose weight or expects you to exercise like crazy to lose weight. Instead, it guides you to make the correct food choices to optimize your metabolism rate so as to build muscles and lose fats without needing to go on extreme diet or work out intensively. Here are some snap shots of the talk presentation whereby the speaker explains about body fats, visceral fats and skeletal muscles and how TR90 can help.

2 interesting slides that caught my attention is about the need to eat protein for every meal that helps to speed up your metabolic rate and how eating healthy snakcs helps to maximize the metabolic burn. Just by eating sufficient protein, your body can build muscles and give you six pack. Wow!

In such talks, there will definitely be real live testimonials. 1 particular lady caught my attention as she took TR90 3 years ago and she is maintaining it well by just eating correctly and no exercise.

You go GIRL! Fantastic transformation!
CONCLUSION: If you ask me if this talk is worth going, I will say absolutely. It gives you a good insight on this weight management program and the best part is, the talk is free. There is also no hard selling or pushy sales. In fact, there is no selling done at the end of the talk. They strongly believe in the quality of the products and the live testimonials will convince people to give it a try.
Do PM me if you wish to go for the talk. I can link you up with my friend who is in this business.
**NOTE: This is NOT a sponsored review and all information and comments is purely my observation obtained from the talk.

Why do I need to lose weight?

post
All my life, I never had to faced overweight issues as I have always been slim. Unfortunately, after 2 pregnancies plus middle age metabolism rate slows down hits me, I suddenly had to face this overweight issue. It has been 3 years after my 2nd child. Despite my healthy eating and exercise regularly, I am still unable to shed off my excess pregnancy baggage.
Some may challenge about how healthy do I eat or how often do i exercise or what types of exercises I do. I  avoid all deep fried food, my breakfast consist of greek yogurt with fruits, eat mainly yong tau foo soup or sliced fish soup with little carbo for lunch, salads for dinner. I do zumba or jog for 5km at least 2-3 times a week and yoga core once a week. After 3 years of hard work, I am still not shedding off that last 8kg. :(
Recently, I did a body fats, visceral fats and skeletal muscles analysis and I am shocked to know that my body fats and visceral fats level is classified as obese. I decided that I definitely need some help in my weight loss journey. After reading up on ageLOC TR90, and also comparing with Amway' products, I decided to give ageLOC TR90 a try.
ageLOC TR90 is by Nu Skin. Yeah, I know we all hate MLM and I am also aware of the bad reputation it has in general. However, I do see many of my friends who had successfully slimmed down with TR90 and decided to give it a try. Some may challenge about the rebounce effect. I strongly believe this is about how you manage your weight and the choice of food intake you take that. If you started to eat all the sinful food like deep fried food, fast food, loads of snacking on chips, even with TR90, you can't lose those body fats.
Anyway, let's see if I will indeed lose that last 8kg and reduce my body fats and visceral fats after 90 days! Good luck to me!
